Christina Miller, ADR, EDPNA, LIA

Christina Miller was born and raised in Chico, California, and has dedicated her career to helping individuals navigate complex legal and government benefit systems with compassion, integrity, and personalized service.

She graduated summa cum laude from the University of San Francisco in 2004 with a bachelor's degree in Communications and Legal Studies. While attending the university, Christina was a founding member of the debate team and was recognized as a Davies Scholar for her academic achievement and leadership.

Christina began her career as an intern at San Francisco City Hall under Supervisor Sandoval, where she drafted resolutions for the Board of Supervisors and worked to protect the rights and interests of the Latino community.

She later joined a Northern California law firm, where she managed the firm's Social Security Disability and Workers' Compensation practice. During that time, she earned accreditation as an Eligible for Direct Payment Non-Attorney (EDPNA) through the Social Security Administration, allowing her to represent disability claimants and receive direct payment of approved representative fees from the Social Security Administration.

In 2017, Christina founded Miller Disability Firm with a clear mission: to provide local, knowledgeable, and highly personalized representation to individuals seeking disability benefits and other essential resources. She believes every client deserves individualized attention, honest guidance, and a dedicated advocate throughout the claims process.

As her practice grew, Christina recognized that many clients also needed assistance understanding Medicare and coordinating their healthcare benefits after becoming eligible for disability or retirement. To better serve those clients, she became a licensed California insurance broker specializing in Medicare. Today, she helps clients navigate Medicare Supplements, Medicare Advantage plans, prescription drug coverage, and the coordination of benefits available to them.

Christina lives in Solano County with her husband and daughter. She is actively involved in the community and proudly supports Vacaville-area schools and the Solano County Farm Bureau Her commitment to service extends beyond her practice and reflects her dedication to improving the lives of individuals and families throughout Solano County.
